Synchronous Courses: If SETC cancels a synchronous event, you will receive a full refund or a course substitution. If you need to cancel your registration, we encourage you to find a participant substitute first. If a substitute cannot be found, we will make every effort to issue a refund. Refunds may also be considered in emergency situations.
Asynchronous Courses: We encourage you to preview course descriptions and reach out with any questions before enrolling, as asynchronous course fees are non-refundable.
