Accommodations Policy

If you need accommodations (e.g., captioning, ASL, transcripts), please email setc@cwu.edu as soon as possible. For synchronous courses, we recommend submitting your request at least 30 days before the course start date to ensure we can make appropriate arrangements.

Complaints Policy

To submit a complaint or provide feedback, please complete our help ticket request form. We aim to respond to all submissions within 30 days.

Refund Policy

• Synchronous Courses

SETC Cancellation: If SETC cancels a synchronous event, you will receive a full refund or a course substitution.

Participant Cancellation:  If you need to cancel your registration, we encourage you to find a participant substitute first. If a substitute cannot be found, we will make every effort to issue a refund. Refunds may also be considered in emergency situations.

Asynchronous Courses

We encourage you to preview course descriptions and reach out with any questions before enrolling, as asynchronous course fees are non-refundable.
