iPad VO (VoiceOver) Controller connects to an i-device (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch), through Bluetooth (a wireless technology), through an Accessibility feature that Apple included in the iOS (the iPhone Operating System on all iPhones, iPads, iPod Touches) for blind people (low vision), VoiceOver.
