Description
Quarter 2 helps families prepare for the transition to adulthood by exploring education, employment, and community opportunities. Families participate in virtual learning, parent support groups, and practical planning activities while connecting with experienced families and professionals. The quarter concludes with a Get Stuff Done Workshop, where families can explore assistive technology, community resources, and next steps toward achieving their goals. This work is facilitated by Roots2Wings, Open Doors for Multicultural Families and the Special Education Technology Center.
