For synchronous courses, we recommend submitting your request at least 30 days before the course start date to ensure we can make appropriate arrangements.
Complaints Policy
To submit a complaint or provide feedback, please complete our help ticket request form below. We aim to respond to all submissions within 30 days.
Refund Policy
• Synchronous Courses
SETC Cancellation: If SETC cancels a synchronous event, you will receive a full refund or a course substitution.
Participant Cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration, we encourage you to find a participant substitute first. If a substitute cannot be found, we will make every effort to issue a refund. Refunds may also be considered in emergency situations.
• Asynchronous Courses
No refunds are given for asynchronous SETC courses.
