Tech Assist Request

A Technical Assist with the SETC team involves a brief 30-minute discussion with a SETC team member about a specific tool, strategy, or topic. It may involve the demonstration of tools and/or strategies to help a team problem-solve technology needs. In many cases, the Tech Assist may lead to including other SETC services and initiation of a formal consultation.
