Technical Assistance

A Technical Assist with the SETC team involves a brief 30-minute discussion with a SETC team member about a specific tool, strategy, or topic. It may involve the demonstration of tools and/or strategies to help a team problem-solve technology needs. In many cases, the Tech Assist may lead to including other SETC services and initiation of a formal consultation.

Starting April 1st 2024, free technical assistance can be provided in the form of a phone call or email. SETC Technical Assistance involves providing educators, administrators, and parents with resources.
If you require more targeted and intensive support for your school team, SETC Consultation services are available for a fee. Utilize the form below to request support.
