Courses refund policy:  Upon the cancellation of an SETC event, a complete refund or course substitution is given on the cancelled course.  If the cancellation request is from the participant before the event, we request a participant substitution first. If that is not possible, then we make every attempt to give a refund. In case of emergency, we also attempt to issue a refund. Please contact Sue Wright, at Sue.Wright@cwu.edu or SETC@cwu.edu.
